Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Groups: Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy has been shown to be effective in decreasing symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress. This group meets for eight (8) – 90min sessions. Participants will learn valuable MBCT skills in a group format. This is a psycho-educational group, not a process-therapy group. This group is meant to supplement ongoing treatment or as a stand alone group to learn how to implement these effective techniques into your own lifestyle
