Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy has been shown to be effective in decreasing symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress. This group meets for eight 90min sessions. Participants will learn valuable MBCT skills in a group format. This is a psycho-educational group not a process-therapy group. This group is meant to supplement ongoing treatment or as a stand alone group to learn how to implement these effective techniques into your own lifestyle
